The Medici family were great patrons of the arts for four centuries and fostered the birth of the Renaissance. Their wealth and influence originated from the textile trade in the 15th century.  Deborah Edwards was inspired by their legacy and created the tribute collection Stonehenge Medici.  Central to the collection is a magnificent panel reminiscent of exquisite Italian inlaid marble floors.  Exquisite stripes, damasks and scrolls complement the featured panel while the broad range of stone textures, ranging in value from light to dark, complete the collection.
