In early October, quilters got a chance to learn all about the batik making process with Karen Gibbs at K&A Quilt Studio in Ingersoll, and Kindred Spirits Quilt Co. in St. Catharines, Ontario.

Karen showcased some stunning quilts and shared the techniques used to create various collections, including some newer ones. Quilters also had a chance to be a buyer for a day, where they got to choose some of their favorite batiks. This was certainly a tough choice to make considering the wide selection of fabrics!
