Deborah Edwards, design director at Northcott Fabrics was interviewed by McCall's Quilting for a little insight into the Stonehenge range of fabrics. Like the towering stones in England, the Stonehenge Collection of fabrics provides unique, naturalistic-looking textures for quilters, and it has remained a favourite among them for years. Designed by Linda Ludovico, the line captures the intricacy of stone textures in a multitude of colorways. Deborah constantly tracks the trends created by Stonehenge in the quilting community and states that the line, that has now grown to include a number of prints, is widely popular among people seeking colors found in nature. The duo constantly work together to introduce new stone textures and gradations.
