I have been quilting for over 30 years and collecting fabric for even longer. I started learning needle arts in 4-H when I was very young. Back then me and my family did a lot of different crafts, not just needle arts.Sewing was never a strong point for me back then, so I didn't get into it much.

I acquire a love of fabric though. I have also discovered that there is much more to sewing than clothing, which does seem to be my downfall. I do enjoy craft sewing. Now I use Electric Quilt for designing quilts and I also write the patterns. I teach classes in many different fiber arts such as knitting, tatting, embroidery, crochet, and some spinning and weaving, along with quilting.
