Australian artist Louise De Masi is best known for her beautiful luminous and detailed watercolour paintings. Just as music has the ability to lift your mood, Louise believes a beautiful painting can do exactly the same thing.
Her chosen subjects; animals, birds and flowers, are a reflection of all the things she loves. She is drawn to light, shadow and beautiful textures and she attempts to convey these elements in her work. Her paintings are highly detailed but she strives to retain the distinct qualities that watercolor is renowned for. 

Louise has also trained as a school teacher, specializing in Primary (elementary) Education. She has recently opened her online school where she teaches her specific style of watercolour painting.
