Christine co-owns Upper Canada Quiltworks Publishing with her friend and business partner, Nellie Holmes. Together they have written three books and published numerous quilt patterns to feature the new lines of Northcott Fabrics.

Christine also owns her own design company called Fairfield Road Designs and has been designing her own quilt and punchneedle patterns and books since 2001. Her patterns have been featured in many quilting magazines in Canada, the United States, England and Australia. Christine loves to design using different combinations of cotton fabrics, wools and punchneedle applique. She owns a Gammill quilting machine and quilts for both herself and others.

Christine lives in an old stone house in a rural area of Ontario with her husband and two teenage sons. When she isn’t quilting you’ll find her working as a pharmacist at a local drug store.
