Florence English grew up in north London where she studied art and illustration.  Since leaving college spent a great deal of time travelling, seeing many different corners of the world, from China to South America.  Florence particularly loves different cultures and national costumes. She enjoys working as a freelance artist and illustrating a wide variety of subjects.  In her own words, “I’m delighted that Northcott have chosen to feature my work on their beautiful quilting fabrics,” and we are just as delighted to work with such a talented artist.
