Lynnea Washburn has worked in the Social Expression industry since 1989 as an artist, writer, and art director.

As her illustration business grew, Washburn expanded to license in other product areas including home décor, fabric, tabletop, gifts, and various paper products. Her style is a mix of patterns, textures, and delicate watercolors to find the right fit in between elegant traditional and soft contemporary. She finds inspiration in nature, life’s challenges, family, friends, and faith.

She has won numerous Louie Awards for her greeting cards, a Silver Medal from the Society of Illustrators, and a city honor for promoting the arts in her community.

“My background in fine art gives me a bent on discovering and communicating a personal point of view” says Washburn.

Washburn enjoys living in the beautiful state of Washington with her husband and three growing sons.  She finds blessings in living each day as it comes with interesting creative work mixed with crazy family time, a bit of silliness, a lot of faith, and many cups of Starbucks coffee.
